MAIN APPLICATION CRITERIA / FINANCIAL REQUIREMENT – (LIQUID ASSETS – Cash, Saving Bank Accounts, Fixed Deposit or Bonds)

Show Liquid Assets above RM$500,000 for below 50 Years old, RM$350,000 above 50 years old &  RM$200,000 to apply under pension scheme.

Below 50 Years Old – Open Fixed Deposit of RM$300,000 with any bank in Malaysia – After MM2H Approval (M’sia Bank FD Interest 2.80%)

Over 50 Years Old – Open Fixed Deposit of RM$150,000 with any bank in Malaysia OR Minimum RM$10,000 monthly government pension.

WITHDRAWAL OF FIXED DEPOSIT – After 1 year period for approve residence purchase, children education in Malaysia & medical purposes.

MAINTAIN MINIMUM BALANCE REQUIRED AFTER ONE YEAR – RM$100-150K IN FIXED DEPOSIT THROUGH STAY IN MALAYSIA.

MEDICAL REPORT CERTIFIED BY A DOCTOR from any private hospital / registered clinic in Malaysia.

MEDICAL INSURANCE - Valid in Malaysia for applicant, spouse and children.

MM2H Applicants who purchase a home / homes more then RM$1 Million FULLY PAID will  not be required to open a full Fixed Deposit of RM$300K or RM$150K. Applicants must open a Fixed Deposit of RM$100-150K for their MM2H status..

1.   Letter of Application (Covering Letter) including a current (dated) resume CV of the main applicant

2.   One (1) Copy of MM2H Application Form

3.   One (1) Copy + Two ( 2) Copies Photocopy of Form IM.12 (Social Visit Pass Form)

4.   Five (5) Color Passport Size Photographs

5.   Personal Bond (To Be Issue by Sponsor Company in Malaysia)

6.   Certified Copy of Passport / Travel Documents Particulars & Photocopy All Pages

7.   Certified Copy of Marriage Certificate (If applicable)

8.   Certified copy of Divorce Certificate / Death Certificate / Separation Document & etc (if applicable for confirmation of marital status of applicant)

9.   Certified Copy (s) of Birth Certificate (If accompanied by children) Letter of Confirmation from Medical Specialist/ General Practitioner (if accompanied by disabled children above 18 years old)

10.  Certified copy of related documents (if accompanied by adopted children/ step children)

11.  Certified Copies of at least 3 months of Pay Slip / Pension / Off Shore Income / Income Statement

12.  Certified Copy (s) of latest 3 month’s Bank Statement & financial statement to indicate financial capability to support your stay in Malaysia

NOTE: Copy of previous passport is required if applicant has renewed his/her in less than one year.

TRAVEL 188 (MM2H) SDN BHDis authorized & license by Ministry of Tourism, Malaysia to assist applicants for MM2H application.
